The Boosters Lunch Program has returned to BASIS Ahwatukee for 2023-2024.
GET STARTED: Create an account, only if you did not have one last year

- Click Create an Account. Password is: ahwatukee11
- Enter information and click Submit
- Enter information for your students. Add Profile. Repeat for any additional students.
- Click I’m Done and Sign In
- Booster members: You are eligible for a discount! Please e-mail to lunch.baboosters@gmail.com to activate your discount. Do this before placing anything in your cart. Please allow 1 business day for this to be completed.
- Sign in and place your order!
PROGRAM INFO:
- ORDERING WINDOW: Menus will be available 1-2 months in advance
- ORDERING DEADLINE: Will be the THURSDAY (10pm, AZ time) before the week of the lunch
- MINIMUM ORDER FEE: If your shopping cart total is less than $10, a $1.00 fee will be charged
- PAYMENT: The program accepts payment by Debit or Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard & Discover. Be sure to complete the checkout process when ordering. Items left in your cart and not purchased will not be included in the lunch service.
- DISCOUNT FOR MEMBERS: You do not need to be a member to create an account or order lunches, but Booster members receive a discount on every item ordered! Please e-mail to lunch.baboosters@gmail.com to activate your discount once your lunch account is created.

What is the Lunch Program?
BASIS does not have a school cafeteria, our lunch program is provided by the BASIS Ahwatukee Boosters, a 100% parent volunteer program. If you would like to be involved by giving input or by volunteering to serve at lunchtime, please reach out to lunch.baboosters@gmail.com
You can go to our order site and choose what you would like to order for your child. We provide choices, from just a few snacks or drinks to a meal once a week to full meals every day of the month.

Q: Do I need to pay a registration fee, or be a Boosters member to order lunch?
A: There is no registration fee. Booster membership is not required for ordering lunch, however, Booster members will receive a discount on every item purchased.
Q: How soon can orders be placed? What is the deadline?
A: As soon as the menu is released, you can order lunches for the entire cycle. All orders must be placed by 10pm (AZ time) the Thursday prior to delivery of the meal.
Q: What if I need to change, cancel, or forgot an order?
A: Changes can be made up to the ordering deadline. Once the ordering period has closed, late orders are not accepted, and no changes are allowed.
Q: My child has Food Allergies/ Sensitivities! How can I know what is safe to order?
A: The Boonli lunch ordering website has little red icons next to every item, that will indicate if it contains common allergens, this can help you quickly navigate food that is safe for your child to eat. The lunch program will offer Vegetarian, Nut-free, and Dairy-Free items daily. If you have a specific concern, please feel free to email the lunch program at lunch.baboosters@gmail.com
Q: What if my child is sick on the day of lunch?
A: The meal you ordered will be donated to a teacher or staff member.
Q: Can my child buy lunch directly at school?
A: No. Lunches need to be pre-ordered through Boonli. We never order any extra food.
