Welcome to the BASIS Ahwatukee Boosters website! The Boosters is a non-profit organization consisting of a dynamic group of parent volunteers working to support the students, families, teachers and administration at BASIS Ahwatukee.
We welcome all families to join the Boosters and participate in fun programs and events at BASIS Ahwatukee every school year.
Why should I join Boosters?
100% of your membership dues are used to benefit BASIS Ahwatukee teachers, staff, and students in various ways:

In addition Booster members receive lunch discounts.
While membership does not require volunteering your time, we greatly appreciate you volunteering your time and sharing your talents. All of our board members are parent volunteers too.

Membership in the Boosters is available to any individual who:
1. Is a parent or guardian with a child enrolled and attending BASIS Ahwatukee. (“Parents” include parents by birth or adoption, step-parents, legally appointed guardians, foster parents, and persons in parental relation to a child currently attending BASIS Ahwatukee).
2. Is a teacher or staff member employed at BASIS Ahwatukee.

What is a Booster?
Boosters are slightly different than a PTA. PTA is a national organization, which requires local and national dues. National PTA receives a percentage of money raised from dues. Booster groups are independent with no local or national affiliations.
What is the mission of the BASIS Ahwatukee Boosters?
BASIS Ahwatukee Boosters exist to create and encourage a sense of community by promoting school spirit, investing time and resources in our students, and partnering with the families of all BASIS Ahwatukee students. Through volunteerism and fundraising, we will enable the teachers and administration to focus on educating our children.
